Since 2007, the BBC has attempted to create an American Top Gear, but has went through two different revisions of hosts. Finally, the cast has been finalized and the History Channel has announced that they have picked up ten episodes of the show.

The current cast is “funnyman” Rutledge Wood, actor Adam Ferrara and professional driver Tanner Foust. The identity of the American Stig is a mystery and likely classified under the Department of Homeland Security. Can the three U.S. hosts match the charisma and humor that Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May have? One celebrity fears that an American Top Gear might not work.
