I have been driving a Focus since they first came out in 2000. I want an electric one. I was surprised when I stopped in at my local Ford dealer that they had not even heard of the EV. They took my name and said they would put me in their database but I am concerned that they will initially be hard to get. As I am now 74 I can’t wait forever for the electric car I have always wanted!

Electric vehicles are definitely going mainstream. Toyota also thinks EV are going to be big in the future. They just invested $50 million in a joint venture with Tesla Motors. Read the full story below…

Oh you hit it on the nose that for many a unique body design on an alterna fuel is about proving you are green.It’s very disingenuous and why can’t you drive a green car stealthily you and the planet are the only ones who need to know.That’s what I like about the Focus it’s a beautiful car to me the evolution of what a Saab 9/3 should have been.Utility with beauty and balance for the people.Every time I see a new iteration of the 2012 Focus I am more excited I am.Anything to dull the pain of the hideousness of having to see those ugly Lexus HS 250 .Could the designers tried any harder to make that car uglier, I think not.
