All-new for 2010, the 4Runner is Toyota’s midsize SUV that has retained its exceptional off-road capability, but has also evolved into a vehicle that offers many different variations including 7-passenger seating, luxury amenities. and a more economical version with a 157 hp 4-cylinder engine. The Trail 4X4 and Limited 4X4 are equipped with a standard 4.0-liter, V6, 270-horsepower engine that achieves 17-mpg in the city and 23-mpg on the highway. The SR5 can be equipped with an optional 2.7-liter, 4-cylinder, 157-horsepower engine. A 5-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is standard on trucks equipped with the standard V6 engine. The 2.7L 4-cylinder engine is mated with a 4-speed automatic transmission. | |
